Do you worry about getting help in time of emergency?
Guilford is prepared to help.
Guilford’s team of Emergency Management volunteers seeks to serve the community, particularly residents who might be vulnerable during power outages, have difficulty securing medications, or need visits to health care services.
We want to be careful to respect HIPAA rules, ensuring the privacy of any information shared. Guilford Cares will maintain a private list, which would be used by Emergency Hub managers (your neighbors) only in cases of emergency.
If you wish to be covered by this service and included on this list, please be in touch with Leah Gessner at Guilford Cares, 802-579-1350 or guilfordcaresvt@gmail.com. You can also contact through the website, www.guildordcares.com.
